My  QTH is the village of Crosshills in South Craven in the Yorkshire Dales.

I have been licenced since 1973.

My main area of interest in the hobby is SOTA summits on the air both as activator and chaser.

My main station is an old Trio TS-530s. For portable use I have the Yaesu FT-817,and the Yaesu VX7 R. I use the Yaesu FT-2800m for our local CRAG net on 2Mtrs FM every Wednesday @ 20.00z, Main Ant full G5RV, Cushcraft ATV 3 Vert 10 15 & 20.

For VHF GP-15 Colinear ready to arect.

I am a very keen CW operator, my 1st mode of preference.
