We are a small but enthusiastic group based in the Craven Dales area of the Yorkshire Dales around Skipton.

The group was reformed in the January of 2006 and is very active with a full calendar of events ranging from contesting at both HF and VHF/UHF, Special-Event stations, SOTA activating, activating WAB squares in the Dales, JOTA and really spending time outdoors every month as a group in the beautiful scenery of the Dales.

Due to us being outdoors every month we have become known as the 'Craggies' - quite apt considering the terrain we activate.

We also have an award available for working group members and this has brought along a lot of contacts for individual members.

We have a weekly net on 2M FM on Monday evenings which is very busy with CRAG members and we also have stations joining the net from as far away as Leeds and Wakefield on a regular basis.

We meet fortnightly at the Cross Keys Pub in Skipton.  We like to have visitors, but please contact the Secretary to check details first. CLICK HERE FOR CONTACT INFORMATION.
